More than anything else, the success of a service lies in the quality of it's staff and the manner in which they come together as a unit. The Cardiology & Hypertension Service at Wellington Hospital has been fortunate in the way all sections of staff have worked together in a harmonious and productive way. Cardiology has generally been a happy place, and this is reflected in the length of stay of many of the staff.
