HS/HP, Wellington Hospital 1921 Honorary Visiting Surgeon, Wellington Hospital 1924 - 1940 Senior Visiting Surgeon, Wellington Hospital 1940 - 1950 Visiting Surgeon, Waipukurau Hospital In 1935, he embarked on a period of postgraduate study into thoracic surgery and anaesthesia, visiting Melbourne, the Brompton Hospital in London (with Tudor-Edwards and Clement Price-Thomas), and Vienna.
