Born Dunedin, 6 May 1898 Died Wellington 24 Apr 1973 Educated at Otago Boys' High School Practised in Kaitaia 1926 - 1935. Then moved to Dargaville for 2 years. Moved to Lower Hutt in 1937, where he had a large obstetric practice. He remained in Lower Hutt until his retirement in 1964. Visiting Anaesthetist, Wellington Hospital 1943 - 1945 Visiting Anaesthetist, Hutt Hospital 1944 - 1945 Member of the Wellington Hospital Board 1947 - 1950 Purchased Cavalle Islands in the far north as a retirement venture, but ill health prevented him proceeding. |
