Trained in nephrology at Christchurch Hospital and in New South Wales and South Australia.

Consultant Renal Physician, Wellington Hospital 1994 - 2016.

Private practice since 2002.  Her practice covers a broad range of general nephrology including the evaluation of blood and urine test abnormalities and all aspects of chronic kidney disease including renal replacement therapy. Her special interests include paediatric nephrology and renal supportive care.

Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Wellington School of Medicine (Otago University) 1994 - 2016

Since 2016 has lived in Wanaka where she continues to run a private practice, taking referrals from the Otago/Southland region for  a nephrology consultation or for a renal specialist report as a requirement for Immigration New Zealand.
