The Women’s Health Service Maternity Quality Safety Programme (MQSP) are seeking one Consumer Representative to join our governance group for a period of two years from June 2020.
The CCDHB Consumer Representative, through partnership with community and hospital based health services, provides a voice for consumers, to improve the quality, safety and experience of care.
The MQSP governance group will promote equity of access and treatment to ensure that services are consumer focused and organised around the needs of individuals and whānau.
If you have experience as a Consumer Representative on a committee, board or governance group, have networks with maternity groups, have been a consumer with DHB maternity services in the last five years, have the ability to take a wider Wellington district perspective as well as a local community perspective then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

A role description is available on request – a stipend is paid towards monthly meeting attendance.
