The Care Capacity Demand Management programme is a set of tools and processes that help DHBs better match the capacity to care with patient demand. The goal is quality patient care, best use of health resources and a quality work environment for our staff. The Programme is for our Allied Professions workforce as well as our nursing staff. We are working in partnership with the Public Service Association (PSA), who are also a safe staffing / CCDM partner
The programme is a partnership between:
- Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand districts
- The New Zealand Nurses Organisation (NZNO)
- The New Zealand Public Service Association (PSA)
- The Midwifery Employee Representation and Advisory Service (MERAS).
