This workshop will support registered nurses to meet the requirements at competent level on the Professional Development Recognition Programme (PDRP)
The PDRP
- Supports practice development and career progression
- Assists in meeting the requirements for annual practicing certificates
- Provides exemption from recertification audit from Nursing Council of New Zealand (NCNZ)
- Is a requirement for applications for HWNZ funding
The workshop will cover
- Completion of self and peer assessment against the NCNZ competencies
- Requirements of PDRP portfolio
Who should attend
- CCDHB nurses who have not yet obtained competent level on the PDRP
- Primary, Aged and Residential Care nurses who have not yet obtained competent level on the PDRP
