Best Endovascular vs. Best Surgical Therapy in Patients with Critical Limb Ischemia

Primary Objective: This randomized, multicenter, controlled study will compare the effectiveness of best available surgical treatment with best available endovascular treatment in adults with critical limb ischemia (CLI) who are eligible for both treatment options.

Global Study of a Drug-coated Balloon to Treat Obstructive SFA and/or Popliteal Lesions
This study is currently recruiting participants.
Primary Objective: The purpose of this single arm study is to continue to assess safety and performance of the CVI Paclitaxel-Coated PTA Balloon Catheter in the treatment of de novo or restenotic lesions in the superficial femoral (SFA) and/or popliteal arteries. A second cohort is being added to evaluate this patient population for treatment of in-stent restenotic lesions.
